As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation (to the email address entered on your order) with your tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please contact our client relations team and we’ll gladly update you with your shipping information.
Free shipping is only applicable for orders being shipped within the contiguous United States; with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses.
Free standard shipping, within the contiguous United States, will take an average of 5-9 business days. Allow 1-2 business days to process. We use USPS for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, and PO Box addresses.
Three-Day (FedEx Express Saver) will take 3-4 business days to deliver. Please allow 1-2 business days to process. The provider does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
Two-Day (FedEx 2-Day Air) will take 2-3 business days to deliver. Please allow 1-2 business days to process. The provider does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. A signature is usually (but not always) required during the time of delivery.
Next Day Air guarantees delivery by the end of the next business day once the order has processed to ship. Please allow 1-2 business days to process. The provider does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. A signature is usually (but not always) required during the time of delivery.
Undeliverable packages (return to sender) will be subject to additional charges. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
Packages being shipped internationally are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) international priority mail. Shipping time is estimated between 7-14+ business days. Please be advised that for international shipping, delays may occur due to foreign customs. Once the package has passed through foreign customs, delivery will be handled by USPS's local country affiliates. Tracking will then be available through that postal service website. ZOOJI ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and cannot determine what your charges may be. You can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies.
Undeliverable packages (return to sender) may be subject to abandonment. In this situation, customer will not be eligible for any refunds.
