Extended HOLIDAY RETURNS
Orders placed after Nov. 15, 2014 will be accepted for returns if postmarked before Jan.15, 2015. Terms and conditions of returns outlined below.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Fill out the Return/Exchange form (CLICK HERE) to print a copy. Be sure to include your "Order number" if an invoice is not included. Please note: Any returned packages received with no return form will be delayed in processing. 

STEP 2: Package all contents in a shipping box or wrapping. Original boxes and tags must be included with your item. Packages received with shipping tape or postage label attached on the original shoe box will be refused or may be subject to an additional 30% restocking fee.

RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
  • Within 30 days after purchased date
  • Merchandise must be returned in new/unworn condition with all of its original packaging (i.e. shoe-box, tissue wrap, dust bags, authenticity cards, etc.).
  • All contents are packaged within a shipping box or poly-bag (returned packages with missing or damaged contents will be charged up to 30% restocking fee)
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
  • ZOOSHOO does not accept COD (cash on delivery) which will be refused with the shipping courier.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after package has been delivered to us. A confirmation e-mail will be sent after the return has been fully processed, with your refund or exchange details. To maintain the original condition of the product, Do not tape or apply the return label to the original box. Please package all contents inside a shipping box or poly-bag. 


ALL SALES ARE FINAL for accessories (sunglasses/eyewear, hair accessories, belts, electronic accessories), undergarments (intimates, hosiery, swimwear, bodysuits, unitards/leotards, etc) and international orders. 

During the holiday season, we experience high volumes in orders and returns. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. 

REFUNDS
Returns for a refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable - customers are responsible for the return shipping. 

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are processed based upon availability of in-stock items. In an event the exchange is not available, the customer will be notified right away. 

INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE ITEM
In the event that an incorrect/defective item is received, the customer please contact us right away and we will have this resolved for you. All defective items will be thoroughly inspected and determined by ZooShoo. We reserve the right to request for photos of the defective item before we authorize the return. ZooShoo is not, under any circumstances, responsible for "worn" damages (wear and tear, stretching, fading, etc). Any returned merchandise with obvious signs of wear will be refused and returned to the customer expense or charged up to 50% restocking fee. 

UNDELIVERABLE / REFUSED PACKAGES
Packages returned with failure delivery (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, refusal, cancelled after shipment, etc.) will be subject to a $10 restocking fee. Restocking fee will be applied to the final refund amount. If the customer would like us to reship the item, customer will need to contact us prior to the refund, to process his/her request. Reshipping charges may occur (varies by case). Undeliverable packages for international orders may be subject to abandonment. In this situation, the customer will not be eligible for any refunds.
