RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

STEP 1:  Please select:

STEP 2:  Fill out the Return form that was included in your shipment.
If you did not receive one Click Here to print a copy.
Please Include your order number on your invoice or e-mail confirmation. 

STEP 3:  Package all contents in a shipping box.

Original boxes and tags must be included with your item.
Packages received with a shipping box may be subject to a 30% restocking fee

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must in in new/unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • Footwear returns must include the original shoebox without postage labels or tape attached. 
  • Merchandise that is worn or with missing contents may be subject up to a 40% restocking fee. 
ALL SALES ARE FINAL for all accessories, swimwear, undergarments, intimates, bodysuits, international orders, and gift cards. 
Returns are processed within 4-5 business days after package has been delivered to us.
Once the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your refund/exchange details.

REFUNDS
All refunds are processed back to the customer's original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation notification regarding the refund details. Please note: Once the refund is processed, it may take a couple business days for the credit to reflect to your account. Timing will vary depending on the form of payment and financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are processed based on availability of in-stock items. In an event the exchange is not available, you will be notified right away. You will receive a confirmation notification regarding the exchange and your new tracking information.

INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE ITEM
In the event that an incorrect or defective item is received, please contact us right away and we will have this resolved for you. All defective items will be inspected by our Quality Control team. We reserve the right to request for photos of the defective item before we authorize the return. ZOOSHOO is not, under any circumstances, responsible for "worn" damages (wear and tear, stretching, etc). 

UNDELIVERABLE / REFUSED PACKAGES
Packages returned with failure delivery (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, refusal, cancelled after shipment, etc.) will be subject to a $10 restocking fee for reshipment. Restocking fee will be applied to the final refund amount.

To reship the item, please contact us prior to the refund so we can process your request. Reshipping charges may occur.

Undeliverable packages for international orders may be subject to abandonment with no refunds given.
